CAVE Program Requirements
Our student-led, non-profit agency offers more than 15 volunteer programs to choose from, including those that serve children, senior citizens, the environment, and weekend immersions trips to state parks and institutions throughout Northern California. Learn about CAVE's programs here.Volunteers spend 30 hours a semester or during a weekend participating in their specific program. The time and day of each program varies, depending on the nature placement.
Each program involves different time, commitments and requirements. All volunteers must complete the following:
- Attend a mandatory pre-service orientation
- Participate in 2 feedback sessions
- Submit a 2 page reflection paper
