Sherrie Clark, Head Teacher - Infant Room

I first became associated with the program as a parent in Fall of 2001 when I was working toward my Bachelor's degree in Child Development. I finished my degree Spring of 2004 after completing classes working within the Purple Room, an internship focusing on Early Childhood literacy and an individual extension later on with literacy with four to five year olds. I started working with the ASCDL the Summer of 2004 as the Support Teacher and was able to spend extended portions of two semesters working with both the Blue and the Infant Classrooms and then had the opportunity to become the Infant Room Head Teacher in Spring of 2005. I have two children now that I have had the experience of being part of this welcoming community of teachers and families. I continue working with infants, families and staff, sharing, growing and developing life long experiences.
