Basic 15-Meal Plan
Your Wildcat ID Card entitles you to any 15 of the 19 meals served each week. This basic plan was designed for the average student, who generally skips an occasional breakfast or weekend meal. The meals may be used any time and as many times per day/ meal period as you wish, up to the 15 per week. The meal week starts on Saturday and lasts through the following Friday night. If you live on campus and use all 15 meals before the week is over, you may purchase meals at a 50% discount off the guest price (Whitney Dining Only).
19-Meal Plan
You may, if you wish, purchase the four meals a week not covered by the Basic 15 Plan. The cost of the additional four meals a week is $111.00 per semester or $222.00 for the full academic year. This provides 128 additional meals per year. Payment for the additional meals can be made only at the Food Service Office located adjacent to the computer lab in Whitney Dining Hall. Please make a separate check payable to the Associated Students Food Service.
Alternative Meal Options
In addition to meals at Whitney Hall, your Wildcat/Meal Card entitles you to several alternative meal options. Your card must be presented in order to eat at all meals. There is a limit to the cash value of the Wildcat/Meal Card, and one meal per day (equivalency) may be used at other dining locations on campus. Meal Equivalency $6.00 maximum If you exceed the maximum cash value, you must pay the difference. There will be no cash refunds if your purchase is less than the maximum. Also, it is not possible to allow seconds or refills at any of the dining locations on campus, except Whitney Dining Hall.
Meal Cards
Your Wildcat ID Card will be used by the AS Dining Services for use as your meal card. This card is for the exclusive use of the student to whom it is issued. Please bring your Wildcat/Meal Card to all meals.
Off-Campus Student Meal Plans
Come eat and let us do the dishes. For students who live off campus, we offer three economical meal plans from which to choose: 5, 10, or 15 meals per week. Dining is available every day except during vacations. Enjoy cafeteria-style dining at Whitney Hall with an all-you-care-to-eat program. Whitney serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner M-F and brunch and dinner SA-SU. Whitney serves a variety of healthy entrees, a soup & salad bar, a make-your-own deli sandwich bar, a specialty bar, a dessert bar, a fresh pizza bar, vegetarian and vegan selections, and made-to-order grill items. Dining Dollars
If you have a meal plan you may purchase Dining Dollars. Dining Dollars are a cash value added to your Wildcat ID/Meal Card that can be used at any food service location on campus (except Union Express). For every $25.00 you purchase we will place $30.00 on your card. You may purchase the Dining Dollars by phone with a credit card at 530-898-5962 or come by the Food Service Office adjacent to the computer lab in Whitney Dining Hall.
