Stewards of Sustainability

The objectives of the SoS are to educate, empower, and involve CSU Chico freshman in sustainable practices on and off campus. The SoS will educate freshman on campus programs implemented through AS Sustainability, AS Recycling, and many more, by giving them hands-on knowledge of sustainability through weekly workshops. Gaining this breadth of knowledge will thereby empower freshman with not only a better awareness, but also with a desire to immerse themselves into the world of sustainability. The primary goal of the SoS is to give CSU Chico freshman early awareness of the logistics of sustainability and how it encompasses even the smallest factors of daily life.
