WREC Programs Refund/Cancellation/Transfer policy

There are no refunds issued for WREC Programs unless the class, course or
session offered is cancelled by WREC Programs.  This is inclusive of all fee-
based programs such as: Aquatics Instruction, Group Exercise, Massage
Services, Personal Training, Pilates Reformer, CPR/AED, First Aid, Self
Defense or any other Safety Courses, or Special Events.  
 
If you are unable to attend the program or service for which you have paid and signed up for, a credit can be issued, if the request made no less than 24 hours prior to your class, course or session being held.  Late cancellations and no- shows will be not receive a credit. You must contact the Director of Programs, at 898-4444 or rembry@csuchico.edu to make this request.
